Three ways to create several plans at once
Create one plan per client from a spreadsheet, build variants of one brief and compare them, or collect department plans in the same format (Pro, Firm and Enterprise).
Time required: about 10 min
- 1
A: Pick a template and download the spreadsheet
Choose the document type (and track) to download a spreadsheet with that template's fields as columns. Row 2 has hints, row 3 has a sample entry for illustration only (no approval or funding is guaranteed). Choice fields have drop-downs; numbers go in normal columns. CSV (UTF-8 or Shift_JIS) also works.
- 2
A: Upload and check each row
Required fields and number rules are shown green, amber or red, using the same checks as a single brief. Personal details are masked in your browser per row; the mapping isn't sent. Drag files onto a row to attach materials.
- 3
A: Confirm the runs used and start
Confirm "Create N plans, using N runs (N left)" before starting. You can't start without enough runs. Up to three run at once; failed items don't use runs.
- 4
B: Build variants and compare
Use "Build variants" on a finished brief, choose what to change and enter 2–5 values. Everything else carries over. The comparison lines up conclusions, methods, quality scores, numbers, sensitivity, approver-lens findings and risks, with PDF/Word export. The recommendation memo uses one run.
- 5
C: Collect department plans in one format
An admin sets the template, fixed settings, departments, assignees and due date, then shares each assignee's link. Assignees see only their own form. Run all submissions at once and compare across departments.
