Create your first strategy

Walk through writing a brief and getting your first council-reviewed strategy.

Time required: about 10 min

   Sign in with Google

   Sign in with your Google account from the homepage. No password setup needed.

   Start a new strategy

   Open “New document”, choose its purpose and add your materials.

   Fill in the brief

   Enter goal, market, constraints, resources, timeframe, and the decision needed. Filling optional fields improves accuracy.

   Pick stakeholders (optional)

   Choose roles like CFO or sales director likely to push back.

5. 5

   Run the council

   Click run and the four stages proceed automatically: draft, blind review, synthesis, stakeholder review.

6. 6

   Review the result and objection table

   Review the final strategy along with the objection table for each stakeholder.

7. 7

   Revise with Refine if needed

   Use Refine for small tweaks, or rerun the full council if assumptions changed significantly.
