Open export from the result screen
Click “Export” to open the format selection screen.

Choose a format (Markdown/PDF/Word/HTML)
Choose the format for your use. PDF or Word works for internal approval.

Select the ringi (formal written approval request) or proposal format
Choosing the internal-approval style formats the document including the objection table.

Set logo and brand color (Pro and above)
The logo and color registered in Settings appear on the cover page.

Download the file
The file downloads in the format you selected.
