Example — for illustration only (no approval or funding is guaranteed)

Good plans need method, not just polished writing.

  • You know the frameworks. You don't know which one fits, or how to use it properly.
  • Consultants cost too much, and nobody in-house owns the method.
  • The document looks complete. The logic and evidence don't hold.

Why MLP Strategy Council

The right method for the question

Select methods for the question type, available data and market. See why each fits and what it will not answer.

Used correctly

Methods with missing prerequisites or required data are not applied. Calculation rules produce market sizing and payback figures; totals and units are checked automatically.

Logic you can see

A one-page logic map connects question, issues, evidence and conclusion. Evidence grades and assumptions let readers check the reasoning.

Answers built into the document

Three AIs peer-review the drafts and check through approvers' eyes. Answers to likely questions are built into the text and evidence.

Built with confidential plans in mind

No AI training or retention. Follow your company's information policy and review what you send.

  • Free plan review
  • Not used for AI training

Separate safeguards before sending, during AI processing and in storage

  1. AI providers do not train on or keep it

Your inputs aren't used to train AI models and aren't retained by the AI providers (zero data retention settings). Only approved providers through OpenRouter are used; otherwise the request stops.

Google sign-in and workspace roles. Support access has approval settings, a reason, a two-hour limit and logs. Deletion certificates and explicit consent. Follow your organization’s information policies.

Review the data flow

Consulting-grade thinking, in your own hands.

Five steps from question to evidence-backed conclusion.

  1. 01

    Define the question

State the situation, complication and decision-oriented question in one sentence.

  2. 02

    Break it into issues

Separate issues without gaps or overlaps, with a hypothesis for each.

  3. 03

    Choose the methods

Choose from more than 30 methods to fit the question, available data and market; show the rationale and prerequisites.

  4. 04

    Analyze with evidence

Prioritize your materials, grade evidence high, medium or low, and compute figures using calculation rules.

  5. 05

    Synthesize and finish

A chairman synthesizes three AI drafts answer-first, checks through approvers' eyes, scores against a nine-criterion rubric and exports.

Example — for illustration only (no approval or funding is guaranteed)

Example: manufacturing subsidy plan (before and after)

Example assumptions: revenue ¥300M; investment ¥30M; assumed subsidy ¥10M; annual savings ¥6M (illustrative estimate). Funding amounts and approval are not guaranteed.

Before

We will use a manufacturing subsidy to install an automated inspection line, improve efficiency and grow sales.

After

  • Break-even
  • Subsidy review criteria
  • Risk register

Investment: ¥30M. Assumed subsidy: ¥10M. Expected annual savings: ¥6M (illustrative estimate). Show how the full ¥30M will be financed before subsidy payment and what happens if rejected. Verify inspection accuracy and capacity before and after installation. Validate savings with shop-floor measurements and phase in staff reassignment and training.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from a single AI chat?

It selects methods for the question, checks prerequisites and required data, and makes the logic and evidence visible. Three AIs then peer-review the drafts, followed by an approver-lens check. AI review does not replace human judgment or professional verification.

Are my inputs used to train AI models?

Your inputs are not used to train AI models. They are sent through OpenRouter to approved AI providers in the United States that do not retain them (zero data retention). If no compliant provider is available, the run stops. Your strategies and results are stored in your workspace to provide the service.

Does it replace strategy consultants?

It puts the methods in your hands so you can use outside experts for judgment, fact-finding and specialist advice. It does not replace them. Understanding the situation and making the final decision remain human work.

Which formats can I export?

PDF, Word, Markdown and HTML. Choose Japanese or English, audience-specific tone, and structure templates such as SCQA or subsidy business plans. You can also export an internal approval request (ringi, with approval stamp boxes) and a project proposal in Word and PDF.

How long does a strategy take?

Typically several minutes, depending on models, length, stakeholder count and provider availability. Clarifications and outline approval pause for your input. We cannot guarantee completion time, approval or a successful subsidy award.
