Invite your team

How to invite teammates by Google account email and set their roles.

Time required: about 5 min

1. 1

   Open team settings

   Check the member list from /team.

2. 2

   Invite by Google account email

   Enter the Google account email of the person you want to invite.

3. 3

   Choose a role (Owner, Admin, Member or Viewer)

   Choose Viewer for anyone who doesn't need edit rights — it's a free seat.

4. 4

   Send the invite

   The invitee can join once they sign in with that Google account.

5. 5

   Check your seat limit

   Each plan's paid seat limit counts everyone except Viewers.
